Custodian

Specific Responsibilities:

​

• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.

• Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors, using industrial machines

• Empties trash.

• Ability to operate a forklift

• Maintains outside walk areas, including shoveling and salting walkways.

• Removes recycling materials.

• Tracks and orders supplies.

• Cleans windows.

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

• High School Diploma

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.

• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
