Level Three Assembler
Specific Responsibilities:

Level 1 & 2 Assembler requirements have been met.

Ability to complete jobs from work instructions within any aspect of the assembly department.

Ability to identify and trouble shoot assembly issues working with engineering to solve the problems.

Work with minimal supervision on tasks within the assembly
-
Train and or mentor new employees if required.

Ability to completely wire a trailer for it lighting system.

Properly install and hookup a hydraulic system.
-
Properly install an air brake system.
-
Properly install a hydraulic braking system.
-
Ability to read and work from Pneumatics, Electronic and hydraulic schematic.
Qualifications and Physical Demands:

High School Diploma

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch.

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
