Running Gear: Non-drive axles, wheels, and tires configured to your load and duty cycle; ideal for trailers, maintenance carts, and ground support equipment.
Trailer Platforms: Chassis and deck solutions tailored to your mission and environment, including flatbed, low-profile and custom configurations.
Build, Finish & Validation: 100% in-house machining, weld, paint, and assembly with CARC/industrial finishes. Testing to MIL specifications as needed.

Flatbed Trailer

CIGNYS can engineer custom flatbed trailers for any application, built to your specifications with running-gear components to Mil-Spec standards.

All machining, fabrication, final coating, and assembly are performed in-house for rugged reliability in field conditions.

Builds can be CARC Finished to meet your specifications.

Lightweight, High-Capacity Customizable Trailer

We engineer weight-optimized frames to reduce limitations while meeting demanding load requirements.

Options include customer-specified air-ride suspension, mechanical breaking, and manual parking brakes, with optional CARC finishing and full in-house machining, fabrication, and assembly.

Aircraft Maintenance Rail Trailer

CIGNYS can produce rail-mounted maintenance trailers tailored to your operating environment and interfaces.

Each unit is built to customer specs, can be CARC painted to final color/finish requirements, and manufactured end-to-end in-house for dependable performance.

Aircraft Oxygen Supply Carts

We design oxygen-supply trailers for flight-line use with safety, serviceability, and durability in mind.

Units are built to customer specs, integrate Mil-Spec running gear, and can receive optional CARC finishing—delivered end-to-end from our in-house machining, fabrication, paint, and assembly operations.

Custom Fabricated Trailer Chassis

CIGNYS collaborates on Design for Manufacturability to optimize strength, weight, cost, and fast turnaround time.

Chassis are fabricated, Optional CARC Finish, and assembled entirely in-house, enabling accelerated timelines from design to delivery without compromising quality.

Helicopter Rotor Maintenance Cart

CIGNYS can design and develop different types of maintenance carts that combine stable mobility with robust structure.

Programs include collaborative engineering, can be CARC finished, and defined test protocols, up to and including load and road testing, executed fully in-house.

Shown here is an example of a cart developed for helicopter rotor maintenance, though our solutions extend well beyond aerospace applications.

Refueling Tanker Boom Trailer

CIGNYS designs large-format boom trailers, approximately 40 ft in configuration, utilizing DFM best practices and optional FEA analysis on the frame.

Builds can be CARC Finished to meet your specifications, validated to stringent criteria (load and road tested), and completed 100% in-house for consistency and control.

Arresting System Running Gear

CIGNYS designs running-gear assemblies for arresting systems that are subject to dynamic loads and harsh environments. Units can be CARC-finished to final specifications for corrosion resistance and durability.

Munitions Trailer Running Gear

CIGNYS engineers robust running gear for munitions trailers with precise control and braking performance. Mechanical braking and powder-coat finishing are available to customer specifications.

Heavy Duty Running Gear

We provide running-gear packages for Heavy Duty Applications with axle capacities sized to your requirements (e.g., 15,000 lb per axle). Can be CARC finished to final customer specs, and in-house manufacturing ensures consistent quality and reliable maneuverability under load
