Remanufactured Power & Free Trolleys

One of our primary focuses has been remanufacturing power and free trolleys.

While bearings, wheels, and shafts wear out over time, the base castings usually have significant operational life remaining.  Through our comprehensive remanufacturing process, we are able to provide quick turnaround times and up to 70% in savings over buying new.

 

We manufacture our own wheels and rollers, fabricate the bracketry, assemble, test, paint and audit our products in-house – giving us total quality control.

 

We provide a range of standard new and replacement trolleys as well as hand push trolleys, adjustable hoist trolleys, and air hose or cable trolleys. We even manufacture bridge crane kits for the construction of in-plant bridge cranes. Each kit comes complete with end truck assemblies and load wheels.
