Level Two Assembler

Specific Responsibilities:

    Level 1 Assembler requirements have been met.

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of Blue prints.

• Advanced knowledge of all tools required in assembly.

• Able to design packaging required for shipping assembled.

• Able to pull materials from inventory locations that are needed for assembly setups.

• Basic understanding of repair procedures for damaged parts

• Ability to work with engineering to solve minor problems with product issues.

• Ability to perform critical assembly procedures. 

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

• High School Diploma

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch.

• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
