Hoist Trolleys
CIGNYS is the largest OEM of American built hoist trolleys in the world. Some U.S. distributors have opted to have their equipment manufactured overseas, which has resulted in inferior products. CIGNYS maintains its policy to provide the highest quality, competitively priced American built hoist trolley on the market today.
All hoist trolleys are adjustable to fit a variety of beam flange widths. Furthermore, the solid cast iron wheels combine a sealed precision bearing with a smooth machined outer surface to greatly increase rolling efficiency, improve reliability and eliminate maintenance. The "Safe-T-Lug" side plates provide an extra margin of safety by extending beyond the wheels and acting as bumpers. They also distribute the load equally to all four wheels. Optional "spark resistant" trolleys are available, featuring cast bronze wheels and aluminum bumpers tabs.
