We focus on the strict adherence and conformance to user engineering and manufacturability with reliance on the best tools and equipment to produce quality prototype stampings. We specialize in parts with difficult-to-produce deep draws. We have tryout presses with capacity up to 300 tons enabling us to produce prototype runs from one to 25,000.

CIGNYS supports the critical stages of prototype manufacturing with computer-aided design and documentation that enable our engineers to work with the customer’s manufacturing engineers and quality staffs to produce prototypes that enable low-cost precision stamped parts to be produced.
