CIGNYS is ITAR Registered(International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
As of September 2007 and pursuant to the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR Part 122), The Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance has registered CIGNYS as a corporation authorized to engage in the United States in the business of manufacturing and exporting defense articles.
Registration is a precondition for an export license from the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).
