At CIGNYS, we solve problems related to testing different types of fuel, air or vacuum lines and also windshield washer nozzles used in automobiles and trucks. For many applications we provide other value-added services like heat staking, gluing, insertion, mechanical welding and assembly when required.

We design and build cost effective test stands, machines and systems. Our experience includes all types of plastic materials as well as steel tubing and components. Also included in the design of special machines, are special plastic and steel support clips that are important to the mounting of tubing clusters and assemblies.

We have a highly qualified staff of engineers, toolmakers and technicians that take our special machine designs and build them to the highest quality standards. We have ample assembly bay space to simultaneously undertake multiple machine programs. Our facility is equipped with many CNC machining centers and precision boring mills that permit us to machine components to exacting standards.
